Our Commitment: No Data Collection

PaxPack is designed with a "Privacy-First" architecture.

• Zero Server Storage: We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal information.
• Local Storage Only: All data (names, emails, expenses, RSVPs) is stored exclusively on your device.
• No Access: We have no servers, no databases, and no way to see, access, or recover your data.

Your Data, Your Control

• Sharing: Your data never leaves your device unless you choose to share a summary via your own email or messaging apps.
• Payment Links: When you generate a payment link (Venmo, PayPal, Wise, etc.), you are redirected to those third-party services. We do not process these payments or see your financial information. Use of these links is subject to the third party's privacy policy.
• Deletion: You can delete specific entries or all app data at any time. Deleting the app, or clearing your browser's "Site Data/Cache" for the web version, will permanently delete all PaxPack information from your device.

No Tracking & Analytics

• We use no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics scripts.
• We do not sell, trade, or rent user information to any third parties.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has stored information in the app, it remains on the device and can be deleted by deleting the app or clearing the browser data.

International Users (GDPR & CCPA)

Although we do not collect data, we respect global privacy rights. Users have the right to access, rectify, or erase their data. Because your data is stored locally, you exercise these rights directly by managing the app on your device.

Security

Since your data lives on your device, its security depends on your device's security (PIN/Biometrics) and keeping your device and browser updated.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."

PaxPack is a product of JPUltra s.r.o. (ID No. 06860451, Najdek 169, Hamry nad Sázavou, 591 01, Czech Republic), which develops and distributes the Application worldwide.

For the purposes of global privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), JPUltra s.r.o. acts as the Data Controller.
